Our Vision:

Space to offer daytime options for 3 to 6-year-olds to play. It’s a curriculum-based hour and a half of training. Parents can stay and watch, run errands, or go get a workout in. There are multiple times and days spread out around the yearly calendar at a location near you or coming soon. By the time Man lands back on the moon, we will be in multiple cities and gyms nationwide. Join as a team member or as a cadet so you two can keep your orbit in motion and reach for the stars. Every astronaut started as a cadet so start your journey today.

Our Mission:

The Space Cadets program inspires young explorers to learn, grow, and thrive through fun, active play in a space theme, adventure! By combining movement, socialization, and the excitement of sport we help children ages 3 to 6 develop confidence, teamwork, and motor skills all while reaching for the stars! 

Requirements:

-Entry Level: Previous Coaching or Early Education Experience Preferred

-Commitment to coaching weekly

-Excellent communication skills.

-Ability to manage children's behaviors.

-Enthusiastic, energetic, and FUN!

-Must be flexible during the day

Responsibilities:

-Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress.

-Adhere to safety guidelines for Space Cadets programming.

-Represent the Space Cadets brand during customer interactions.

-Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.

-Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.

Please note, that all coaches will be required to submit a full background check. Coaches that are accepted will be required to complete SafeSport training.
